The hotel does apply credit card surcharge fees. All payments made on line will not incur these fees, but any incidentals paid by credit card at check out will incur the 1.5% - 2.5% fees.

To receive a Wests Members rate you must be a Member at time of booking. If you wish to join during your stay you can still receive your Club food & beverage discounts but Hotel rates and value add offers will only apply on your next stay. Rates stand at time of booking and will not be changed to match Members rates after booking is confirmed.

Rates are non commissionable | Check in time is after 2pm & Checkout is by 10am

Check in/Payment: One guest must provide a credit card at time of check in. The Hotel will take a holding deposit (not a charge) equivalent of all night’s accommodation along with a $200 BOND. Guests can elect to pay at check out but be aware that the holding deposit will remain on your card between 3-10 days depending on your bank. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds when using your card, as this is the guest’s responsibility to be able to cover full payment.

Cancellation or changes to bookings outside stipulated times will incur your first night accommodation being charged in full, unless you have booked Summer Special, Easter Special, Event Rates, Daily Deals or packages, then the full amount will be forfeited.

All rates are based on 2 Adults and where rooms can accommodate children they must be 15 years and under for the listed price, otherwise additional fees apply. Not all rooms can accommodate children so please read room inclusions carefully as room types will not be changed on arrival due to price variances.

Rates: When booking discounted rates you must show proof of Wests membership for valid dates. All memberships must be in the registered guest’s name. If the card can not be produced when checking in, then your rate will revert back to agreed price. These rates are only valid for members.

Guest Registration: All guests staying in the room are required to register at check in time. Non registered guests are not permitted in rooms and no visitors to rooms after 10pm.

Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking and stay in any accommodation displayed on our website and with suites all Guests staying in spa suites must be 18 years of over, no children allowed.

Photo ID: In addition, to eliminate identity fraud, the accommodation provider will ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained by the accommodation provider to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation. This identification information may be supplied to us by the accommodation provider.

Licensing Laws: As we are attached to a license leagues club all guests are required to sign in as a social member and only guests over 18 years are permitted through our Club doors without an adult. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian into the Club and are only permitted in our dining areas.

Parking: Limited on site Hotel car parking is available but we have additional car parking available in our main Club car park, one car only per room is permitted in the Hotel car park.

Hotel Standards: Our Hotel is completely “NON SMOKING”, this includes on balconies. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $400 fee that will be automatically charged to your credit card. No Pets allowed (Guide Dogs permitted)

We endorse a “No Party Rule” so all guests enjoy a comfortable stay.

Email Opt Out: All information submitted by you to manage and deliver the service you require is kept secure according to our Privacy Policy. We do not disclose personal information to any other person or business. By continuing with this booking, you are authorising the promoters to contact you by mail, email or sms from time to time with information and promotions pertaining to The Wests Group Australia. For more information on our Privacy Policy visit or ask for a copy at the Hotel reception. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time by notice to the Hotel.

Please refer to your Room description for cancellation policies. All Daily Deals have no cancellation, changes or date amendments, so if you require flexibility with your arrival and departure dates then choose rates where 72 hour cancellation policies apply.
