Terms & Conditions

AFTER-HOURS ARRIVALS
Reception hours are from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm Saturday to Sunday. If you are arriving outside of these hours, please contact the lodge at least 24 hours prior to 2pm on your arrival date to arrange an after-hours key collection. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in an inability to check in to your room. If inability to check-in occurs, we reserve the right to keep any deposit or moneys paid, as well as charge the total amount of the booking.

CHECK-IN POLICY
The person who's name the room was booked under must be present and part of the travelling party staying at the lodge. A valid credit card (not debit card) and identification in the same name that the room was booked under will be required on arrival. The credit card used to book must be presented on arrival, even if a different card in the same name will be used to check-in. If the guest fails to comply with any of the above requirements, we reserve the right to deny check-in and keep any deposit or moneys already paid, as well as charge the total amount of the booking. A pre-authorisation for the amount of $1 AUD will be taken from the credit card used to check-in on arrival. If the pre-authorisation declines and cannot be taken from a valid card in the same name as the booking, we reserve the right to deny check-in and keep any deposit or moneys already paid, as well as charge the total amount of the booking.

THIRD PAYMENT POLICY
If any room nights or additional charges are to be paid for by a third party, or anyone else other than the person who's name the booking was made under, the lodge must be notified more than 48 hours prior to 2pm on your arrival date. An email address must be provided with the notification, so that a credit card authority to charge form can be sent to the third party liable for any charges. The completed authority to charge form accompanied by any attachments required pursuant to the form must be returned to the lodge by email or fax at least 24 hours prior to 2pm on your arrival date. If the guest fails to comply with any of these requirements, we reserve the right to charge the original credit card provided for the booking. If payment cannot be taken from the original card provided, we reserve the right to deny check-in and keep any deposit or moneys already paid, as well as charge the total amount of the booking.

Please note, any credit card or debit card payments made at the property will be subject to a surcharge: 2% for Visa and Mastercard and 3% for American Express.

PAYMENT POLICY
The total amount of this booking, including any extras, will be charged to the credit card provided, on the date the booking is created. If the credit card provided declines, or for any other reason cannot be charged, or is invalid, we will request a new credit card number to be given. The new credit card must be in the same name as the booking. If it is not in the same name as the booking, an authority to charge form will need to be completed pursuant to our third party payment terms. If no response is received, or if no new card is provided within 48 hours of us notifying you, we reserve the right to cancel the booking with no further notice. If a new card provided declines or is unable to be charged for any reason, or if it is invalid, we reserve the right to cancel your booking with no further notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
This room is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled in any way. This non-refundable cancellation policy supersedes any other cancellation policy mentioned in the general terms and conditions or published on our website. By completing this booking, you agree to be bound by this cancellation policy and authorise Springfield Lodge to charge the credit card you provided for the total amount of your booking, including any extras, even if you do not stay at the property.

BOOKING MODIFICATIONS
The amount of nights booked cannot be modified in any way. Arrival and departure date changes are permitted for a fee of $65 per each change, provided the amount of nights originally booked remains the same. A $65 fee applies for each additional change. Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable charges. If a date change is possible, the originally booked nightly rates are subject to change and higher rates may apply.
