We are a family run guest house ideally located on the beautiful magnolia tree-lined street of Challis Avenue.

Our unique accommodation offers comfortable affordable accommodation with friendly Australian hospitality. We offer limited services such as restricted reception hours and we do not provide a full room service daily. This allows us to pass on to you exceptional prices.

Some handy hints on our hotel:-
1. Our rooms are located over three levels which are accessed via a central staircase. This may not be suitable for persons who may have difficulty walking up stairs.
2. We have restricted office hours. If you are arriving outside of our regular office hours, please contact us so we can make alternate arrangements for you.

FIRST NIGHT + ANY EXTRAS WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL ON ARRIVAL.
The following special rates require full payment upon receiving reservation and are NON-REFUNDABLE:-
HOT DEAL, EARLY BIRD DEAL, STAY 2 NIGHT 20% OFF, SAME DAY 25% OFF or staying any days during the period 26th December - 1st January
Credit card provided for payment must be in the name of the person staying at our hotel. This credit card will need to be sighted upon check-in. If the credit card details provided for the deposit are found to be invalid, we will cancel the reservation.
Check-in Time: 2pm
A VALID CREDIT CARD AND IDENTIFICATION (PASSPORT OR AUSTRALIAN DRIVING LICENSE) IN THE SAME NAME THAT THE ROOM WAS BOOKED UNDER WILL BE REQUIRED OF THAT PERSON ON ARRIVAL.
If the credit card and/or identification presented on arrival are not in the same name of the booking, or if the person checking in is not the person who's name the room was booked under, check-in will be denied.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: Visa, Master Card, Eftpos, Cash (Australian Dollars Only) and Traveller's Cheques (Australian Dollars).
A SURCHARGE APPLIES TO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.
There is no surcharge for cash or eftpos payments. Credit card surcharges are non-refundable should your reservation be amended or cancelled.
Upon check in we will request a key bond of $100.00.
Once the key is returned upon check out this bond is refunded.
LATE CHECK-IN POLICY:
Our hotel has limited office hours. If you are arriving outside of these office hours, please ensure that you contact us to make arrangement for a late check-in.
Office hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am until 7.30pm Saturday 8.30am until 5.30pm Sunday 8.30am until 3.30pm
We do not accept one night bookings if you are arriving outside of our office hours
Any bookings made with at least one stay date between 26th December and 1st January (inclusive) will have 100% of the all nights charged as a non-refundable deposit on the booking date.
Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable charges. If a date change is possible, the originally booked nightly rates are subject to change and higher rates may apply.
Please note, any credit card or debit card payments made at the property will be subject to a surcharge: 2% for Visa and Mastercard and 3% for American Express.
If the credit card details provided for the deposit are found to be invalid, the hotel will allow 48 hours for a new card to be given. If no charge can be made from the original or new card given, the booking will be cancelled.
Any bookings with at least one stay date between 26th December and 1st January (inclusive) are non-changeable and non-refundable. This applies to all nights of the booking. The total balance of your stay will be charged on the day of booking. The pre-paid and non-refundable features of this policy supersedes any other deposit or cancellation policy for rooms booked between 26th December and 1st January (inclusive).
