Dayroom is available for Maximum 6 hours only. Any 6 hours between 6am to 6pm .For rates please email our Res team with you arrival ,departure details and number of people travelling. Email : reserve@fijigateway.com

Policy on children staying with parents:
  • Children 15 years and under (Maximum 2 children) can stay for free when sharing the same room with parents and using existing bedding in Deluxe Family Room.
  • Baby cots are available at no additional charge (Infant 0-2 yrs ) in all rooms except for Budget Rooms and Suite.

Administration Surcharge
-3% service fee will be levied on credit/debit card payments.
-3% surcharge will be levied on all refunds .
-Credit/Debit card pre-authorization will be taken upon check –in as security deposit to cover for any incidentals

Complimentary return airport transfers .
After clearing Immigration & Customs, you will walk out of the Airport terminal into the Arrivals concourse and down towards the Coach terminal depot-Loading Zone. This is where you will find the Fiji Gateway Hotel courtesy shuttle.




Payment Policy
Fiji Gateway Hotel will charge 1 night accommodation as a deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy

  • All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by the Hotel
-Cancellations received within 3-7 days prior to arrival at Fiji Gateway Hotel will be charged 50% of total accommodation.
  • Cancellations received within 1-2 days prior to arrival or No Shows will be charged 100% of total accommodation .
-Unused room nights due to late check-in or early check-out are not refundable.
