Privately Owned by Tim & Shannon Stokes, Yamba Beach Motel is a Boutique Four and 1/2 Star Property above Yamba's Main Beach. Room types include- Superior Ocean View, Ocean & Park View and Standard plus a Two Bedroom fully self contained Unit. The property has had extensive upgrading over the past two years. All rooms are fit with Latex Pillow Top Beds and Percale Linen + Fluffy Bath Sheets. Our rooms have private tiled balconies, aircon, tea/coffee making facilities + microwave. Pippi's onsite Cafe caters for Room Service with chargebacks available. Alternaively, a 300m walk to the main dining precinct.
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 10.00am & 2.00pm - 6.00pm. Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays 8.00am - 10.00am & 2.00pm - 6.00pm 24 Hour Check- In, by prior arrangement available. We are a wholly SMOKE FREE property.

Credit Card details are required when reserving..Card Fees Apply. Amex 2%, Diners 3%, Mastercard/Visa, 1%. No Fees for Eftpos. We reserve the right to validate your credit card prior to check-in.
High season reservations are Non Refundable i.e Christmas/New Year/Easter incur a 50% or full day tariff. Full payment deposit will be required for our Pool-side Unit (minimum stay 3 nights) bookings. All deposits, including Pool-side Unit are non-refundable. For stays outside recognized Christmas and Easter holidays, a deposit is NOT required, other than for Pool-side Unit and group bookings.
Our Cancellation Policy is firm. For any Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival date or after check-in, full payment will be required.
Check In commences from 2pm until 6pm. After hours check-in by arrangement. Check out by 10.00am.
We reserve the right to deny entry to the property. We are a Smoke-Free property.
