When confirmed reservations are cancelled within the following time periods, cancellation charges will apply: 30-7 days prior to arrival, one night's accommodation or 30% of the total tariff (whichever is the greater); and within 7 days prior to arrival, or when guests fail to arrive, 100% of the tariff.
