The Grove Inn, established 1983, is opening it's doors after extensive renovations. We have completely retrofitted the building and updated all the rooms. We are a family owned and operated bed and breakfast in the heart of San Francisco's historic Alamo Square district. The Grove Inn has 14 rooms and one suite. We serve a complimentary, continental breakfast with your stay.

All rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $25 charge for each additional occupant.

Continental breakfast is included with your stay, featuring locally baked bread, bagels, spreads, yogurt, fruits, cereal, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, tea and OJ. Breakfast is served from 7.30AM-10AM.

Cancellations must be made seven days prior to your arrival date, unless you have booked using a promo code that stated it was non-refundable. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged one night of your stay.

By submitting your credit card information your room will be held for you. The guest on the reservation must be present with a credit card and photo ID at check-in.

Check in is from 3pm-8pm. We can always accommodate early check-ins. If your room is not ready we can store your luggage for you until it is.

Children up to ten years old will not be charged extra person charge for the room.

No pets and no smoking. If you smoke in your room a damage charge will be applied. We may charge your card post departure for any damage done to the room.

Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made after this time will be charged one night of the stay.
