Seabreezes Binningup is a premium holiday home located at the quiet and secluded beachside town of Binningup.

SeaBreezes offers stunning ocean views and is a modern, architecturally designed home that was an entrant in the WA Architect Awards in 2012.

Open plan living upstairs with bifold doors that open up to the spacious verandah to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space to enjoy the ocean views.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and cook up a feast on the outdoor gas barbeque on the verandah.

Laze on the daybed overlooking the grassed backyard and across to the ocean.

The upper level is the hub of Seabreezes where the kitchen, living and dining area are located.

A comfortable modular sofa and chairs and chaise longue are in the living area near the tv and large pot belly.

Lovingly restored 'Creature of the Black Lagoon' pinball machine with its classic 50s tunes is a popular addition to Seabreezes.

Seabreezes is at the end of a cul-de-sac so there is no through traffic. It's fully self-sufficient, so perfect for a romantic and private escape.

A path leads from the cul-de-sac to the beach, only a few minutes away.

If you're lucky, dolphins and whales can be spotted from the verandah. When the swell is right, there is a surf break at the end of the path so you can walk down for a surf, or watch from the verandah.

Entry is from the lower level with a staircase with handrail leading to the upper level.

Upper Level:
The kitchen, dining and living area.
Outdoor barbeque and setting on verandah.
The master bedroom and private ensuite. The toilet doubles as a powder room. The bed is queensized.
The master bedroom has doors opening to the east verandah with a built-in daybed, chairs and umbrella.
The laundry which has a washing machine, with the dryer in the garage. There is an outside clothesline.

Lower Level:
Second living area with TV and pinball machine.
Bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
Bedroom with 2 singles and 2 trundles. These are on wheels and can be moved if needed.
A bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

There is also a shower outside.

Plasma TVs and DVD players on both levels. Foxtel is available on the upper level TV.
Cot and highchair supplied if required.

Linen and bath towels are supplied.
Additional kitchen appliances include an espresso machine, sandwich maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, breadmaker and rice cooker.

The garage with remote controlled door fits two cars.

Weddings and parties not permitted.

However, Seabreezes is an ideal destination for pre-wedding and wedding day preparation for the bride or groom and families and attendants. The house provides lots of space and natural light for hair and makeup application, and a relaxed environment and beautiful backdrops for pre-wedding photos. Contact the manager about day use rates.

Home has a huge yard for playing cricket or just kicking the footy etc. Plenty of parking area.

The Blue Shack is fully self- contained including 2 large fridge/freezers, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, frypan, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery. BBQ etc.

No washing machine or dryer. There is a clothesline for wet towels.

Preston Beach is a quiet little town....no large shopping centres or hustle and bustle...the general store provides all your needs including fuel and liquor store facilities.

Preston Beach is an ideal location for a relaxing "Fun in the Sun" week away or weekend getaway!

Terms and Conditions

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the manager in writing.

Payment constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation if caused by the client less than 14 days prior to arrival, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation made more than 14 days prior to arrival incurs a cancellation fee of $50 with the balance of monies paid refunded.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited.

The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in termination of rental, your bond, and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Departure must be made by the specified check-out time to allow time to prepare property for next guests unless pre-arranged in email correspondence with the manager.

Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. Loud noise must stop at 10.30pm.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the manager. If so, a $10 pet fee applies.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the manager in writing.
