19 Hunter Apartments are located at 19 Hunter Street above the Drunken Admiral Restaurant.
Dockside Apartments are located on Salamanca Place and Kelly Street Battery Point above Ball & Chain Restaurant.
Brooke St Penthouses are located on top of the Quest Waterfront building, Brooke Street.
Gibson's Mill Apartments are located at 17 Morrison St.
All check-ins are at our central Reception office at 5/19a Hunter St.
As Sullivans Cove Apartments are located in Hobart's vibrant waterfront district, be aware that there is occasional noise from the docks or general hustle and bustle of the city's waterfront, including restaurants, bars, night clubs etc. There are no refunds offered for disturbed sleep from noise.
WHEN BOOKING ONLINE USING THE BOOKING BUTTON THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR STAY WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR NOMINATED CREDIT CARD AS SOON AS THE BOOKING IS RECEIVED.
When checking into Sullivans Cove Apartments we will require a pre-authorisation on your credit card for $200 for any incidentals or damage.
Please note that as these are serviced apartments and not a hotel, reception operates during office hours (8.30am to 5.30pm). If arriving outside these times please ensure you have supplied a mobile number and advised our office of your after-hours checkin. Phone the Sullivans Cove Apartment direct for more details.
Please note that the apartment car parks are all a short drive from the Sullivans Cove Apartment office so please leave luggage in your car whilst checking in. Directions to the apartment car park will be given when checking in at the office.
Sullivans Cove Apartments has a zero tolerance to excessive noise made by guests. If guests make any excessive noise they will be asked to leave without the issue of a warning. Be aware that many of our apartments are in residential buildings and as such we have a no party policy. We attempt to ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable stay.

Payment:
Full payment for your booking is charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
All credit card payments will attract a non-refundable credit card surcharge - Visa or MasterCard 1.8% of the total payment value, AMEX and Diners 3% of the total payment value.
At check-in, Sullivans Cove Apartments (SCA) $200 will process a pre-authorisation on your chosen credit card to the value of $200. If you do not have a credit card a $500 cash bond will be required.
For bookings between 24th December and 06th January a 100% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. This is refundable until 01st December and is NON-REFUNDABLE if cancellation is received after 01st December.
Cancellations:
We understand it is sometimes necessary to cancel your booking. Cancellations must be received in writing or can be processed online using your booking reference.
- For cancellations received greater than 7 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged (except any applicable, non-refundable credit card surcharge).
- For cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival, full cancellation fees of the total cost of accommodation will apply.
- We recommend having travel insurance.
Function Policy:
We strive to ensure all of our guests and residents are able to enjoy a quiet and relaxing-environment. As such, SCA has a strict, NO FUNCTIONS policy.
Please notify us immediately in writing should you need to cancel your booking. The following cancellation terms apply:
- For cancellations greater than 7 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees apply (excluding any non-refundable credit card surcharge).
- For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of your total stay will apply. For stays on nights between 24 December to 5 January inclusive, full payment is required on booking to secure the reservation. If cancelled prior to 1 December the deposit is fully refundable (excl. credit card surcharge). If cancelled on or after 1 December, a cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation cost during these dates applies. We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance that covers cancellations.
Changes to your reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests who do not arrive on the day of booking ('No shows') will incur full payment regardless of the reason.
We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).
