Nireeda Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and changes must be lodged by 4PM via phone or email, 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival to avoid a fee equivalent to one night accommodation charge. For group bookings and reservations over special event periods, changes are subject to the availability of rooms and the tariff may be subject to change. Cancellations and changes for group bookings must be lodged 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival of the group. Group bookings and bookings over special event periods may require that a non-refundable deposit be paid, in part or in full. If a cancellation is made outside the 48 hour period there is a $50 Admin fee per apartment.
