Payment:
Payments may be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Eftpos or Cash.

Seasons Hotel Newman requires guests to provide either a credit card on arrival to guarantee all incidental spend or a nightly cash deposit. Guests will be asked to provide a current Drivers Licence or alternative identification on arrival.

A 1.5% surcharge is added if paying by Visa or MasterCard and 3% if paying by Amex or Diners

Balance of Payment:
Credit card preauthorisation is performed on arrival. Payment is due on departure.
Please note that cheque payments will not be accepted

Purchase Orders will not be accepted unless prior approval of the Managing Director.

Cancellation a)This paragraph only refers to the 40% discounted room rate of $102.00. This is a non refundable pay now, stay later policy.

Cancellation c)
In the event that a guest cancels (email or postal cancellation only) a reservation after the mandatory 24 hour period the accommodation provider will make all endeavors to fill the cancelled dates.

Cancellation Fees:
If the accommodation provider is able to fill a cancelled booking, a cancellation fee of $40.00 plus any additional costs incurred in filling the vacancy will be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Fees:
For cancellations where the resulting vacancy is unable to be filled and the accommodation provider has turned away other bookings to hold the reservation the full amount of the reservation tariff will be automatically charged to the credit card without exception.

Cancellation Policy:
Our Policy is strictly 24 hours for Individuals and Agent bookings. 2 weeks notice is required for Group Bookings.
