Our deluxe Lakes Entrance retreat has it all - well designed, stylish 1 and 2 bedroom fully self catering spa cottages, generously spaced among landscaped native gardens and shady gums and offering resort style facilities. One zone offers a solar heated swimming pool and covered BBQ and outdoor settings and the other a gazebo with open fire, hydrotherapy spa and a second BBQ area. Guests can relax and unwind in the privacy of their cottage or friends and family can mingle by the pool or spa. The cottages themselves feature spacious interiors, well equipped kitchen and laundry, quality linen and all have shady verandahs to take in the rural or ocean views and watch the beautiful sunsets. The very peaceful and private one bedroom cottages are the perfect place for a romantic getaway for couples and the two bedroom cottages are ideal for touring friends and families. A unique setting for a truly relaxing holiday, ideally located minutes from the town facilities of Lakes Entrance - gateway to the famous Ninety Mile Beach and Gippsland Lakes. Take a cruise, walk to the entrance or be tempted by the fresh local seafood and delightful cafes. As the name suggests, this luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom cottage overlooks Bass Strait and Lakes View Golf Course. Boasting the same indulgent features as the one bedroom cottages - woodfire, surround sound and the king bedroom with its' ensuite corner spa, plus the additional queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom, makes this ideal for travelling couples. Again Bass Cottage has a fully equipped galley kitchen, laundry and covered carport. Sunsets from the verandah are spectacular.

Syarat dan Ketentuan

All reservations require a deposit of one night payable by cash, EFPOS or online by credit card (visa, mastercard)
Until the deposit is processed, it is a booking request only and does not guarantee the availability of the cottage requested. An emailed confirmation and all other information required from Waverley House Cottages will be sent after deposit is processed.
We have a minimum two night stay for Off Peak and Peak dates (one night stays may be possible at Off Peak times) Standard check in is 14.00 hours and check out is 10.00 hours unless otherwise arranged with us.
Adherence to check out time is required or charges of an additional half day may be imposed. Waverley House Cottages reserves the right to debit any additional cost incurred for cleaning, breakages or other misuse of property. Please also note we do not take pets and guests will be asked to leave and full cleaning costs will be charged if pet/s are present. There is a boarding kennel 1km from our cottages - Lakes Pet O Tel.
On request, an additional adult/child may be accommodated in the three two bedroom family cottages, for the stated additional charge. However any attempt to include additional persons without our consent in excess of the maximum number of any cottage, can lead to booking cancellation and no refund of costs. We reserve the right to charge for any additional adults/children not listed on the reservation.

Deposit of first nights stay is required to secure the booking. (Booking is not confirmed until this deposit is processed) Payment of the deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these terms and Conditions.
If Cancellation is caused by the client, the deposit paid is not refundable at Peak times unless the cottage/s is re-let for the entire period. At Off Peak times a refund may be made at the owners discretion if notified 7 days prior to booking commencement or at our discretion. All refunds incur a $30.00 Administration fee.
Refunds are not possible on ancillary bookings eg. hampers, packages etc. On request, when booking, one extra adult/child can be accommodated in the two bedroom cottages for the stated additional charge or a portacot for infant. However any attempt to include additional persons without our consent will lead to booking cancellation and no refund. We reserve the right to charge for any additional adult/child not listed on the reservation when booking.
