Terms & Conditions
- Please note for all bookings made through this site the credit card details supplied are to secure your booking. NOTHING will be charged to your card unless you fail to show up for your booking or cancel/ change after 10am the day before you are due to arrive.
- ALL GUESTS must show current passport identification on check in- NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All guests must be over the age of 18 to stay in a dorm
- Guests arriving after 7pm Mon- Sat and 1pm on Sundays when the office is closed will have to leave their passports at reception till the office opens the next day to complete check in.
- Guests arriving after 11pm must let the office know to arrange a late check in
Cancellations will not be processed without written confirmation. If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment: 30% of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking. Different pre-payment policies apply to Christmas/New Year bookings. Please note The Village Hostels have a no refund policy. A 2% surcharge applies to all card payments.
Christmas/New Year policy:
No check-in or check-out available on 25th December, 26th December, 31st December, 1st January. All bookings for the period 24th December - 2nd January will be charged in full at the time of booking. Declined payment will result in cancellation of the booking. Payments made for bookings during this period are non-refundable and non-transferrable. A 2% card surcharge applies.
