For all booking requests a 50% deposit of the total booking tariff is required in order for the reservation to be valid. This amount will be charged to the credit card used to make the booking.

A $50.00 booking fee applies to all bookings and all credit card payments are subject to a 1.5% surcharge - we accept Visa & Mastercard only.

ATTENTION ALL HOMEAWAY BOOKINGS - Terms & Conditions and payment amounts are as listed on HomeAway and NOT as listed below.

Supplying Credit Card details and paying a deposit constitutes the guests acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

Your booking request is not deemed confirmed until your deposit has been processed and you have received an email from our Property Managers, Elders Real Estate Port Macquarie who will provide a receipt for your deposit.

Our Property Managers, Elders Port Macquarie will email you regarding payment of the balance owing and to arrange payment of the Security Bond.

All bookings are subject to a $500 security bond. Guests will be required to supply Photo ID and complete a booking confirmation form and credit card hold authority form authorising the amount of $500 to be charged to your credit card on the day you arrive (Friday if arriving on Sat or Sun).

The bond will be held until it has been confirmed by our cleaners that the property was left in good order and all terms and conditions of the rental have been met. These include but are not limited to - No Smoking, No Pets, BBQ clean, no missing items, no damage. The security deposit amount will be refunded to the credit card provided to Elders Real Estate.

Payment of the balance owing can be made by direct bank transfer. Our Property Manager will provide you with the relevant bank account details.

All payments are to be made in full 1 month prior to arrival. If final payment is not received your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Any bookings made less than 1 month prior to your arrival will require the FULL booking tariff to be paid as the deposit.

If you require Long Single beds to be converted to a Queen bed there is an extra charge of $25. Please tick the box shown under extras on the booking page.

While every effort will be made by our Property Manager to accommodate specific Townhouse or Beach House requests, we cannot guarantee that your request will be granted. Townhouses & Beach Houses are subject to availability and can only be confirmed on the day of check-in. Escape at Nobbys reserves the right to change an allocation at any time at its own discretion.

Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. It does not have procedures or policies in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period nor does it have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

Cancellations are to be in writing 8 weeks prior to the proposed arrival date. If this is the case we will refund the deposit amount less a $100.00 cancellation fee.

If cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to arrival the deposit amount will not be refunded (unless the property is re-booked for the same dates). In case of a no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
