You can cancel any time up to 24 hours before the booking without penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours of check-in and we are able to re-sell your unit, there is no charge. Failure to show without cancelling, or cancelling within 24 hours without us being able to rebook the unit incurs the first nights tariff as penalty.
