Villa Agung Khalia

Villa Agung Khalia is a cool and spacious villa complex surrounded by terraced rice fields on the outskirts of Ubud. We have 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 6-bedroom villas along with studio units, each with private pools. We can accommodate any size booking from single travellers to groups of up to 32 guests in air-conditioned comfort. The villa offers the peace and tranquility of the 'real' Bali yet is less than 10 minutes drive from Ubud's cultural performances, shops, museums and gourmet restaurants. Pool towels and chaise lounge chairs are available poolside and our gracious Balinese staff are on-site 24 hours a day to help with all of your holiday needs.

This luxury 2-bedroom villa (we named it Villa Maia) is 160 square meters in area (over 1600 square feet) with a private 4m x 8m swimming pool. Each bedroom has a 4-poster king-size bed and the living room has a canopy day-bed, so the villa can sleep up to 5 guests. The bedrooms each have a private bathroom with stone tiling, an interior shower, and an over-sized, open-air, stone-carved bathtub that allows you to gaze up at the heavens while bathing in luxury. The bedrooms are connected by a flowing living room, kitchen and a dining area. Folding glass doors open out to the sparkling private pool, a Balinese gazebo and chaise lounges, providing a wonderful flow between the living area and the cool outside breezes. The villa is set in the midst of terraced rice fields, with great rice field walks in all directions. PROMO rate requires 30% non-refundable deposit.

Prices are in USD and include service fees and taxes of 21%.
Upon booking the villa we require a deposit of up to 50% depending on the room rate. The balance is payable upon check-in and will convert the US dollar room rate to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at the official exchange rate of the day. Indonesian law prohibits banks from processing credit cards in USD. This balance can be paid by Visa, MasterCard or any major currency.

Final payment for any incidentals will be due on check-out. This may be by cash or international credit card (Visa or Mastercard) processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

If you cancel or amend your booking, after availability has been confirmed, a cancellation fee will apply as follows:
• More than 30 days prior to the arrival date, there is no fee if we can rebook the villa for your dates at the same price or higher.
• Within 30 days the fee will be 100% of the deposit.

If you cancel or amend your booking, after availability has been confirmed, a cancellation fee will apply as follows:
• For PROMO rates the deposit is non-refundable once booked and confirmed.
• For BEST AVAILABLE rates the cancellation fee shall be 30% of the deposit amount if cancelled or amended 30 or more days prior to arrival, and the fee will be 100% of the deposit if cancelled or amended within 30 days of arrival date.
• No show fee shall be 100% of room charges, service fee and tax.
