Bookings made for stays within 7 days will be charged at time of booking.

Our check-in time is from 2pm, an early check-in may be arranged subject to availability. The check-out time is 10.30 a.m., later check-out times are available subject to availability and may incur a charge.

At check-in a pre-authorisation for $150.00 per night will be taken on the credit card provided to cover for any additional charges and also will act as a bond for the room. Credit card pre-authorisations will generally be released between 5-10 working days, depending on the individual bank policies.

Cancellations are permitted up to 7 days prior arrival. Any cancellations within the 7 day period will be charged the first night. In the event of a no show the full amount will be charged.

Bedding can ONLY be split in Penthouse Suites in one of the rooms and must be requested at the time of the booking. All guests must occupy the existing bedding. Additionally no provision for any extra beds.

ADGE APARTMENT HOTEL HAS A STRICT NO PARTY POLICY. ONLY THE REGISTERED NUMBER OF GUESTS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE SUITES.

Parking is available at $30.00 per car per day situated directly underneath the Cambridge Hotel at 212 Riley St. There are 65 spaces and it can not be reserved. Parking is valid until 2pm the following day. Should the car park be full please ask the front desk for the closest parking options. Other car parks will charge more than our $30.00 per day.

You can only make a booking if you are 18 years old or over. If you arrive at the hotel and are under 18 years of age you will not be permitted to stay alone. We may require photo id as proof of age.

Your personal information may be used by the property for marketing purposes to improve our services and provide you with the latest information about those services and any new related service or promotion.

Any personal information held by Cambridge Hotel Management will be destroyed or deleted as soon as it becomes irrelevant, requested by you and is legally possible.

If you do not wish to receive information about our latest promotions, the property on request will remove your name from mailing lists. You have the right to access any personal information that the property may hold about you, including a right of correction of your personal information.
