PAYMENT POLICY FOR AYERS ROCK RESORT ACCOMMODATION AND TOURING:
All bookings must be guaranteed at time of booking by credit card and full payment for accommodation, Ayers Rock Resort touring and Voyages meal packages is required 7 days prior to arrival. For all touring operated by an external tour operator, full payment is due upon confirmation of the tour or transfer. All credit card payments incur a transaction fee of 1.5%. Payment can be made by EFTPOS, cash or cheque which does not attract a transaction fee. These terms are valid as at January 2014, subject to change without notice.

Should you have selected the option(s) to receive information and pricing from our Voyages Travel Centre for touring experiences including, but not limited to, Camel Tours, Experiences by Air, Motorcycle Tours, Sunrise and Morning Tours, Sunset and Afternoon Tours, and Unique Red Centre Experiences, the applicable tour information, cost(s) and terms and conditions will be communicated to you separately within 48h. Please note that the touring options are noted at a $0.00 cost amount in order to avoid a charge for selected touring option(s), which are not yet quoted, nor booked, being accounted in the total cost of your online reservation. Along with the touring information and pricing, our Travel Centre Specialists will forward a credit card authority form, which must be completed in order for tour reservation(s) to be confirmed and payment to be processed.

Should you purchase our accommodation + flight package inclusive of Alliance Airline flights, please note that payment terms are instant purchase. The full package cost is payable in full at time of booking, and flights are non-refundable. You can change flight dates up until 30 days prior to departure, charges may apply. Payment by credit card and debit card attract a transaction fee of 1.5%. Up to 14 days prior to departure the package can be paid via Direct Deposit using your internet banking, no surcharge applies. Should you wish to make a booking to travel within the next 14 days, credit card payment will be required. By booking accommodation + flight packages directly through Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia, or http://www.voyages.com.au/, you warrant and agree that you have read the Airlines Booking Terms and Conditions as well as the Conditions of Carriage and agree to be bound by them. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATION:
Standard accommodation cancellation policy and fees are as follows and may change for special offers, in which case the cancellations policy and fees stated for these special offers will supersede the standard cancellation policy and fees:

• 15 days or more prior to check-in: Nil.

• Within 14 days and 8 days prior to check-in: 20% of total booked accommodation cost.

• Within 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total booked accommodation cost.

Bookings of 10 rooms or more, bookings accompanied by a tour leader irrespective of the number of rooms or bookings where names of individual guests cannot be provided at the time of reservation are considered Group Bookings. All Group Bookings must be requested via the Voyages Travel Centre by contacting 1300 134 044, or +61 (2) 8296 8010, or groups@voyages.com.au.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TOURING:
Standard cancellation policy and fees for all Voyages Ayers Rock touring, Voyages meal packages and touring operated by an external tour operator are as follows. This cancellation policy and fees may change for special offers, in which case the cancellations policy and fees stated for these special offers will supersede the standard cancellation policy and fees:

• 24 hours or more prior to booked tour or transfer: Nil.

• Within 24 hours of booked tour or transfer date: 100% of total booked cost per person.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATION + FLIGHT PACKAGES:
Standard cancellation policy and fees for all accommodation + flight packages are as follows. This cancellation policy and fees may change for special offers, in which case the cancellations policy and fees stated for these special offers will supersede the standard cancellation policy and fees:

• Accommodation + flight packages offered via http://www.voyages.com.au/ are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Full charges apply for the full package amount in case of a cancellation.

• Accommodation + flight packages via http://www.voyages.com.au/ may be changed to another date up until 30 days prior to departure subject to availability. Charges may apply.
