BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The price is valid at the time of booking only. Please ensure to secure your booking ASAP as room prices are subject to change when hotel occupancy changes.
2. With any applicable promotion, the automated reply which you will receive instantly might not include the applicable discount. As such, the discounted price will be specified in a reconfirmation email of which our reservation office will send in a separate email manually.
3. The first night payment is required as a deposit guarantee with every booking (we accept Visa and Master Card only for online booking). Transmission of your credit card details through this Booking Button facility is encrypted & secured and debit transaction will be processed manually during office hours. You shall receive an email message from our reservations team with confirmation and your payment summary within 24 hours. With booking on week-ends or public holiday, the debit process and confirmation will be made on the following working day.
4. By local authority's direction, all room payments are to be fully settled at the time of check-in and credit card guarantee will be required.
A. Reservation Office Hour: 8am - 4pm on week days.
B. Room is available on the dates with price display (instant confirmation is available).
C. Room might not be available on the dates ENQUIRE display (instant confirmation is not available).

Get additional 5% off on room rate for direct booking, reserved for repeat guests only.
The first night payment will be applied as deposit guarantee with every confirmed booking. Payment will be processed manually in the hotel within 12 hours after booking confirmation including calculation for discounted room rate. Confirmation with final payment details will be emailed separately by Reservations office.
With booking on week ends, the charge process will be made on Monday although booking is still acceptable. Full payment is to be settled at hotel reception upon check in for last minute booking made on week end.

Please ensure to report details of children if staying in the same room when confirming your booking, e.g. number of children and age of each child at the time of travel. An extra room will have to be taken if your booking exceeds the room's maximum guests occupancy.
Refund of deposit guarantee will only be provided if cancellation is caused by force majeure or other unavoidable circumstances such as deteriorating health or visa problem. Booking cancellation must be notified to us at least 1 week prior to arrival. Beyond this dead line, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
With the case of earlier check-out, 1-night cancellation fee will be imposed unless notice is submitted to the hotel at least 7 days prior to the confirmed check-out date.
