When making a booking we require you to supply us with your credit card details so we can secure the room.
If you are unable to provide credit details we will ask you to send us a cheque for a $100.00 deposit on the room. If there is not sufficient time to post a deposit to us on arrival we will require a $100.00 Cash deposit.
48 Hour Cancellation policy:
Should you need to cancel your booking With the Country Comfort Toowoomba please notify us at least 48 hours before your booking date.
If we are not notified and you cancel within 48 hours of the booking you will be charged for one nights accommodation.
Early Check Out Policy, 100% of the first Night will be charged and 75% of each night booked thereafter will be charged for an early check out.

Advance Purchase Policy - Advance Purchase rates are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Customers credit cards will be charged immediately upon booking for the full amount of the stay. Cancellations or failure to arrive will result in forfeiture of full payment.
