cook top, full-size fridge. The large bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower. Can sleep up to 4 in the same bedding configuration as the Ocean View Studio Apartment
but with two separate sleeping areas. There is a washer/dryer in this apartment. Furnished with 4
seat kitchen table, sofa and chairs, and table on the veranda. Can sleep up to 4

Deposit of 25% of total invoice amount is due at time of confirmation. Payment in full is due 21days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 21 days prior to arrival require payment in full at time of confirmation. Confirming a direct booking online is an acknowledgement of this payment policy.
If reservation is cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee. If cancelled between 8-14 days prior to arrival, the cancellation penalty is equal to one night stay. If cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival, there is no refund. No refund on no-shows and unused portions of packages.
