Tropical Three bedroom Apartment - This apartment is on the first floor with 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and enjoys ocean views. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and bathtub. The third smallest bedroom uses the common toilet/shower off the lounge area. There is a full kitchen complete with oven,
cook top, microwave, dishwasher, full fridge and lots of area in the kitchen. There are a washer and
dryer in the apartment. There is a 6 seat dining table, sofa chairs, and sofa inside with a 6 seat
dining table on the spacious veranda. The ceiling in the kitchen is lined with tropical timbers of Fiji.
Can sleep up to 6 comfortably. (King/King/Twin – King beds in the two ensuite bedrooms and twin
beds in the 3rd bedroom). This apartment has ocean glimpses overlooking the nearby Mamanuca

Terms & Conditions

Deposit of 25% of total invoice amount is due at time of confirmation. Payment in full is due 21days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 21 days prior to arrival require payment in full at time of confirmation. Confirming a direct booking online is an acknowledgement of this payment policy.

If reservation is cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee. If cancelled between 8-14 days prior to arrival, the cancellation penalty is equal to one night stay. If cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival, there is no refund. No refund on no-shows and unused portions of packages.
