2 bedroom Beachfront Villas have 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with the master bedroom having an outdoor shower. The 2nd bedroom has a bath. Each Villa is set on the beachfront with spectacular views and has its own private swimming pool, BBQ deck, and large covered veranda. The villa has a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, living room with Cable TV. All rooms have A/C and ceiling fans. There is a washer/dryer.

Terms & Conditions
Deposit of 25% of total invoice amount is due at time of confirmation. Payment in full is due 21days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 21 days prior to arrival require payment in full at time of confirmation. Confirming a direct booking online is an acknowledgement of this payment policy.
If reservation is cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee. If cancelled between 8-14 days prior to arrival, the cancellation penalty is equal to one night stay. If cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival, there is no refund. No refund on no-shows and unused portions of packages.
