Our first guests arrived 3,500 years ago and liked the place so much, they stayed . . .

According to local legend, the first Fijians arrived around 1500 BC, landing on the beach at First Landing Resort. Today, you can discover our unique Pacific Paradise where a warm Fijian welcome awaits you.

The resort is nestled amidst magnificent tropical gardens, majestic palms and massive rain trees, Dinner with ocean views only 15 minutes by road from Nadi Airport - and blessed with the only natural white sand beach in the Nadi area. The beach faces due west, giving breathtaking sunsets across the nearby islands.

We are a small, owner-operated resort featuring a popular beach side restaurant. We pride ourselves on personal attention to our guests, and the genuine hospitality and true Bula pride of our staff will ensure your stay is a memorable one.

First Landing Resort is the perfect location for a destination stay in Fiji, or in combination with an outer island resort or cruise. We are the ideal resort for a short stop over stay in Fiji as we are close to many nearby activities and sites of interest. Access to nearby islands is easy from the First Landing marina in front of the restaurant. First Landing has a small island feel on the mainland.

built of solid timber with polished timber floors, high ceilings and private screened verandahs. They
feature air conditioning, overhead fans, in room safe, clock radio, coffee/tea facilities,
complimentary toiletries, bar fridge, hairdryer, and telephone. Most bures interconnect through 5
the verandah – on request. No TV. Sofa day bed in all bures which becomes a queen bed
or 2 separate single beds.

Tropical Three bedroom Apartment - This apartment is on the first floor with 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and enjoys ocean views. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and bathtub. The third smallest bedroom uses the common toilet/shower off the lounge area. There is a full kitchen complete with oven,
cook top, microwave, dishwasher, full fridge and lots of area in the kitchen. There are a washer and
dryer in the apartment. There is a 6 seat dining table, sofa chairs, and sofa inside with a 6 seat

Terms & Conditions

Deposit of 25% of total invoice amount is due at time of confirmation. Payment in full is due 21days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 21 days prior to arrival require payment in full at time of confirmation. Confirming a direct booking online is an acknowledgement of this payment policy.

If reservation is cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee. If cancelled between 8-14 days prior to arrival, the cancellation penalty is equal to one night stay. If cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival, there is no refund. No refund on no-shows and unused portions of packages.
