Terms & Conditions
In using Blue Sky Holiday Group to book and confirm accommodation, you the customer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. There is a 2% processing fee on all bookings.
2. Deposit - A non refundable deposit to the value of 2 nights accommodation + 2% processing fee will be required to secure your booking.
3. Final balance - Your accommodation must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival the full amount must be paid. If the deposit or final payment is not received by the due date Blue Sky Holiday Group reserves the right to cancel your booking and keep your deposit. If after arrival, guests are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of the property management.
4.Cancellations – A) Within 30 days of Check-in date you will lose the full value of your booking. B) Outside of 30 days you will lose your initial deposit.
5. Amendments – Bookings amended 30 days prior to Check-in Date will incur a $75 fee. No bookings can be amended within 30 days of Check- in Date, full cancellation fees apply.
6. Payment terms - We accept Visa & Mastercard. We also accept Direct Deposit and EFT.
7. Reservations - Are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking.
8. Blue Sky Holiday Group - makes its best endeavours to ensure that the information available on the site is accurate, current and free from errors or omissions, but can not guarantee this. Blue Sky Holiday Group reserves the right to alter, change or remove any information from the site at any time.
9. Extra person charges - applicable are payable directly to Blue Sky Holiday Group on arrival.
10. Damages - A credit card in print will be required on arrival used as a security bond in case of any damages occur to the apartment.
11. Late arrival fees Monday to Sunday - $30 fee for arrivals between 5pm - 8pm, arrivals between 8pm - 10pm $50 fee, arrivals between 10pm - 12pm $70 fee, arrivals after 12pm $100 payable on arrival.
12. Blue Sky Holiday Group - requires that you be at least 18 years of age to use this site.
13. Although we will endeavour to meet all of guests requirements and any special requests (e.g Bedding configuration & specific apartments) cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to guarantee a specific floor this can be arranged at time of booking for an additional $40 per night.
14. Early Check Ins & Late Check Outs - Can be arranged if possible, but not guaranteed. A $50 fee applies.
15. Blue Sky Holiday Group is not affiliated with the on-site manager for Diamond Beach Resort.
16. Infants under 3 years of age stay free if use existing bedding
