PLEASE NOTE:- A security bond of $200.00 is required to be paid on arrival. This can be paid in cash or a pre authorisation on a credit card. The cash bond will be refunded on departure should there be no damage to the apartment or common areas.

Terms & Conditions

A deposit equivalent to 1 nights accommodation is required to be paid at time of booking with the balance due to be paid on arrival.

If a booking is cancelled, a refund of the deposit less an administration fee of $50.00 will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in high season and 14 days notice at other times.

If a booking is cancelled less that 28 days in high season and 14 days at other times prior to the planned date of arrival there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
