Positioned on the Esplanade in the heart of Surfers Paradise opposite one of the world's most famous patrolled beaches, Zenith offers breathtaking ocean views and is only a short stroll from trendy Cavil Avenue, Tedder Avenue and Broadbeach, which is considered as the best dining and shopping experience the Gold Coast has to offer. Orchid Avenue is accessable through our car park, giving you direct access to the best nightclubs Surfers Paradise has to offer.
Pease be advised we do not accept bookings after 4.pm. for same day arrivals.
We would also like to advise guests there is currently a construction site next door to the building. Work commences 6.am - 6.pm on weekdays.

Terms & Conditions
A deposit equivalent to 1 nights accommodation is required to be paid at time of booking with the balance due to be paid on arrival.
If a booking is cancelled, a refund of the deposit less an administration fee of $50.00 will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in high season and 14 days notice at other times.
If a booking is cancelled less that 28 days in high season and 14 days at other times prior to the planned date of arrival there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
