On arrival you will be asked for the balance of the accommodation plus a security bond

As from 1st March 2011, if you are settling your account with any credit card, please note that a 1.5% credit card transaction fee will apply. You may change your method of payment on check-in to cash or EFTPOS as these methods of payment do not attract this fee.

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours (ie: before 2:00 pm the day prior to arrival). If less than 24 hours is given, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel more than 24 hours, you will be refunded the deposit less the credit card transaction fee.
