Terms & Conditions

A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure all phone bookings with the balance payable on arrival. Online bookings to be paid by credit card at the time of booking.
You can upgrade your stay with the following packages (please see our website for details)

Weekend Special(chocolates, ice cream & a breakfast basket) $50
Indulgence Package(weekend special plus 2 x 1/2 hour massages) $160
Breakfast Basket (enough for 2 mornings) $35

There is a 2 night minimum on all bookings, with 3 nights for long weekends and 4 nights for Easter/Xmas & New Year

Cancellation 14 days or more prior to booking date will incur a $30 administration fee

There will be no refund of deposit for cancellations less than 21 days prior to booking date for cottages and 30 days for the Farmhouse.
