Payment- 50% deposit required at time of booking - this deposit will be taken from the credit card you submit with the booking.American Express & JCB cards attract a 4% charge. The balance will be payable upon arrival by the same credit card. Sorry but we do not accept cheque or cash payments upon arrival. E.O & E

We reserve the right to amend incorrect prices, should a double booking occur we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Cancellations received more than 30 days in advance are entitled to a full refund of the deposit less a cancellation fee of $50. For cancellations received less than 30 days in advance, a refund is applicable (as above) only if the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period.

There are no refunds during the High Season.[i.e Xmas,SChool or Public Holiday weekends]

There are no refunds for early departures.
