A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking - this deposit will be taken from the credit card which you submitted with the booking. A 3% surcharge applies for Amex and Diners Club. You will need to pay the remaining 70% on departure.

When confirmed reservations are cancelled within the following time periods, cancellation charges will apply: 30-7 days prior to arrival, one night's accommodation or 30% of the total tariff (whichever is the greater); and within 7 days prior to arrival, or when guests fail to arrive, 100% of the tariff.

Guests are always advised to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unavoidable changes in their travel plans.
