We will hold your credit card to confirm your booking and will charge you upon arrival. You must present a valid credit card on check-in for guarantee and all extra charges. We do not accept cash bonds.

*Credit Card Administration Fee: If you are settling your account with a credit card, please note that a 1.5% administration fee will apply. Payments by cash, EFT or EFTPOS do not attract administration fees.

We require 72 hours notice for all cancellations or ammendments. If this period is not given we will charge a one nights cancellation fee.
Please note that in the event of a no-show, we will not offer any refunds.
