Unless otherwise stated on your confirmation, we will hold your credit card to confirm your booking and will charge the full stay on the night prior to arrival. You must present a valid credit card on check-in for guarantee and all extra charges. We do not accept cash bonds.

Unless otherwise stated on your confirmation, we require 72 hours notice for all cancellations or ammendments. If this period is not given we will charge a one nights cancellation fee.
Please note that in the event of a no-show, we will not offer any refunds.
