High-end 4.5* rated serviced apartments. Fully furnished and equipped en-suite studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments with internal laundry. Most apartments have balconies and our higher level floors have great city views. Larger than normal apartments with high acoustic sound rating, air-conditioning and only a 250 metre walk to Countdown Supermarket - the largest supermarket in Auckland CBD and a 10 minute walk to the Viaduct Harbour and the new Wynyard Quarter district.

Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am.

Undercover car park is available at NZD$18.00 per night or NZD$126 including GST per week. There is no requirement to book parking - please park outside the hotel and proceed to check in. From here we can issue you a swipe card and advise the directions for the car park. Please note that a height restriction of 2.1m exists.

We require a credit card at time of booking. Payment can then be made via credit, cash or EFTPOS on arrival. A valid credit card is required on checkin for any extra charges and for guarantee of the room. If a credit card is not avaliable on arrival, then full room rate, a NZD$500 cash bond (refunded on check out if everything is okay with the room) and photo id is required.

*** Please note, if you are settling your account at the property with a credit card, a service fee will apply. The current fee is 1.5% in addition to the total amount payable for all types of credit cards. Payments by cash or EFTPOS do not attract a fee***

General cancellation policy - we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations, or you will be charged a one night cancellation fee. For bookings of 7 days or longer, a 1-week cancellation fee will apply. Please note that in the event of a no-show, no refund will be offered.

Advance Purchase Policy - Bookings must be fully pre-paid online at the time of booking. Please note the general cancellation policy does not apply to our discounted prepaid rates. No amendments or cancellations are allowed once booked. Advance purchase rates are all non-refundable once booked.
