Our studio and one bedroom apartments are fully self-contained with kitchen, laundry facilities, private balcony and safe. All apartments have internet access (fee)

Terms & Conditions

We accept all major Credit Cards. PLEASE NOTE CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL.

On arrival, guests must produce a valid credit card and photo ID that matches the name on the booking. A copy of the ID will be retained to accompany the guests signed registration.

If the registered guest does not have a credit card, we require photo ID, full payment and a cash bond of $200 on arrival.

During peak periods, such as New Years Eve, Mardi Gras and Chinese New Year etc, deposits or prepayment may be requested

Waldorf Sydney South has a strict NO PARTY POLICY.
Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times.

If complaints are received from other residents you may be asked to leave, with no refund and loss of bond.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge of one full nights tariff
