The apartments are located in a central Carlingford residential location, about 200 m from the Carlingford railway station. The apartments are in a small residential building, which underwent an extensive refurbishment in 2001, resulting in a modern self-contained furnished apartments accommodation.

Carlingford Serviced and Furnished Apartments provide a cost effective alternative apartment accommodation to Sydney hotel accommodation and are suitable both as corporate or vacation rental accommodation.

All of our rates are based on a weekly housekeeping service. Additional services may be requested however this will incur an extra charge of $40.

Terms & Conditions

We will hold your credit card to confirm your booking and will charge up to the first weeks accommodation on the night prior to arrival. You must present a valid credit card on check-in for guarantee and all extra charges. We do not accept cash bonds.

We require 72 hours notice for all cancellations or ammendments. If this period is not given we will charge a one nights cancellation fee.
Please note that in the event of a no-show, we will not offer any refunds.
