Bankside Waldorf Apartments offers great value accommodation in the heart of Auckland CBD, close to Sky City Casino, the Viaduct and only a 5 minute walk to Countdown Supermarket – the largest supermarket in Auckland CBD.
The studio apartments at Bankside Waldorf Apartments are open plan, spacious and fully self-contained. All include a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Guests can view the city skyline from the balcony. Cable TV is included with each apartment. An on-site manager is available to help guests with all their needs. The reception is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm, if arriving outside of these hours please contact the property to arrange key safe instructions.
Car parking is NZD$19.00 including GST per night or NZD$85.00 including GST per week and must be booked in advance.
There is a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY and no noise after 10.00pm. Both policies are strictly enforced. There is a maximum of two extra guests per room between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00pm. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior management approval.

Terms & Conditions
We require a credit card at time of booking for all bookings. For discounted rates which offer no amendments or cancellations, your card will be charged in full upon reservation. For non-prepayable bookings, payment can be made via credit, cash or EFTPOS on arrival. A valid credit card is required on checkin for any extra charges and for guarantee of the room. If a credit card is not avaliable on arrival, then full room rate, a NZD$500 cash bond (refunded on check out if everything is okay with the room) and photo ID is required.
*** Please note, if your account requires prepayment or you plan to settle your account at the property with a credit card, a service fee will apply. The current fee is 1.5% in addition to the total amount payable for all types of credit cards. Payments by cash or EFTPOS do not attract a fee***
Please note: We also charge a one-off NZD$40.00 including GST cleaning departure fee for all reservations that are seven days or more.
General cancellation policy - we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations, or you will be charged a one night cancellation fee. For bookings of 7 days or longer, a 1-week cancellation fee will apply. Please note that in the event of a no-show, no refund will be offered.
Please note, this cancellation policy does not apply to our discounted prepaid rates where no amendments or cancellations are allowed once booked.
