Terms & Conditions

We offer flexible payment options so you can use any major credit card, cash or EftPOS. A 1.5% transaction fee applies for credit card payments.

When you make your reservation we take a credit card number to guarantee your reservation, giving you the option of arriving late knowing your reservation is confirmed. We don’t charge your card at this time.

On arrival we swipe your card as verification, and an authorisation of the estimated total cost of your stay will be processed on the card. At this time you may instead choose to pay your accommodation in advance by cash or EFTPOS, in which case we will also ask for ID and an additional security bond of $100 per night. Any unused portion of this bond is refunded on checkout.

Here at Urban we're pretty flexible so you can cancel your reservation up until 48 hours before arrival (until 6pm 2 days before you're due to arrive). We’re open to discussing exceptions under extreme circumstances so please contact us if you find yourself in a jam.

**Special Event Cancellation Policies as follows**

2010
Grand Prix: 25-28th inclusive March 2010 - 100% cancellation fee applies to any cancellation.

AFL Grand Final: 24th & 25th September 2010 - 100% cancellation fee within 14 days.

Spring Racing Carnival: 29th October - 6th November 2010 - 100% cancellation fee within 30 days.

New Years Eve: 31st December 2010 - 100% cancellation fee within 14 days.
