Comprising of 38 rooms, 26 known as the Olive Grove which are our very Tuscan styled rooms; beautiful sleigh beds, situated over looking the dam, olive trees, swimming pool, table and chairs at your back door where you can sit of an afternoon greeted by grazing kangaroos.
The 12 Vineyard View rooms with a contemporary style, undercover parking at your door, a glass wall window allows the picturesque mountain and vineyard scene, arguably the most true “Hunter View” to be treasured. All have a courtyard where you can take advantage of this beautiful country setting.
Tuscany Wine Estate Resort is home to The Mill Restaurant for a more refined meal or The Brokenback BBQ & Tapas Bar for a casual option. Whilst Enjoying the vast variety of food options call into the cellar door; Arrowfield and a must when visiting the Hunter Valley is taking home some of Binnorie Dairy’s cheese, which is also on site.
The Mill Complex, recognised by the windmill, situated atop a ridge overlooks 300 acres of grapevines and the Brokenback Range.
The Mill Restaurant style of cuisine is well renowned and varies offering tapas for lunch and an a la carte menu of an evening; both are filled with the Hunter Valley’s finest dishes and offering beautiful wines to compliment every meal. Regularly The Mill Restaurant is fully
booked so reservations are highly recommended. Open breakfast, lunch & dinner, 7 days.
This uniquely Australian experience in style of food, building and location, also offers the finest “pub” alternative at the in the Hunter Valley at the Brokenback BBQ & Tapas Bar. With al fresco dining offering anything from Movenpick ice-cream, wood-fired pizza’s,gourmet pasta’s, cheese & mezze plates, cook your own BBQ, beer on top or just a relaxing place for a coffee, open 7 days a week from 12noon.
