•.Quotes are as per booking page and are not held unless a A 50% deposit of your total stay will be charged. Balance on or before arrival date.
• Single night bookings are charged fully.
•. All bookings require your name, address, phone number and email. Credit Card details. VISA or MASTERCARD accepted. Please have ready to make booking.
•. Friday and Saturday is not available without a two night booking.
•. Weekends: Min. 2 night stay when a Friday - Saturday or Saturday - Sunday night is booked and paid in full.
•. Public Holidays and long weekends stays minimum 3 day tariff applies. includes:
Australia Day. Easter. May Day. Queens Birthday. 15th Dec –10th Jan inclusive Christmas-New Year period.
•. Any special requests please fill in comment box on the reservation page.
•. On arrival a security bond on your credit card applies for all stays if this is not available: Cash Bond of $200. is held in trust till your departure.
•. Left articles in rooms - guests need to apply for return post, there will be a pack, post and delivery charge applied.

•. Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival date a full refund less $50 admin fee applies.
•. Cancellations less than 14 days notice before due date: Forfeit the full amount of booking. No refund under any circumstances.
•.Cut short your stay; or No show on arrival date; Full booking costs are charged. No refund. Under any circumstances.
•. Where More than 14 days notice has been given...All refunds will be made to depositing account only.. no third party accounts excepted.
•. 14 days or more notice Deposits are transferrable to another booking date provided the 14 days or more notice is given before arrival date.
Full booking costs apply and you will receive a 'Transfer Voucher' to redeem.
•. Vouchers are paid in full and are non-refundable and can only be used once for the date of booking that is confirmed.
No second transferrable date accepted.
•. Vouchers can be used towards the cost of any stay by any guest nominated before the valid date expires.
Artisan Spa Views recommend that all guests seek travel insurance cover for cancellations and loss of deposits.
