Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by the receipt of a deposit, the tariff quoted will be honoured.

A $200 deposit is taken 48 hours prior to arrival - this will be taken from the total amount owing. (If accommodation charge is less than $200, full accommodation charge will be taken as deposit).

Outstanding balance is to be paid in full on arrival.

Booking dates can be altered subject to availability without penalty outside 48 hours to arrival and at the discretion of Management. Accommodation rates will be adjusted accordingly.

All guests are required to provide credit card details on arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges regardless of booking method. Where a credit card is not available a $200 cash deposit will be required in which case the apartment will be checked by Management before the cash deposit is given back to the guest. This is a standard procedure at all Mint Properties.

All American Express and Diners Card Transactions attract a 3.5% surcharge. All Visa Card and Mastercard Transactions attract a 1.65% surcharge.

Mint Brisbane - Skyline Apartments adheres strictly to a No Party Policy. The enjoyment and satisfaction of all guests is our utmost priority, so any party activity will result in that guest/s immediate eviction without refund.

When a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date the following cancellation terms apply:

A non-refundable $200 deposit will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival. (If accommodation charge is less than $200, full accommodation charge will be taken as deposit).

When a booking is cancelled outside of 48 hours, no cancellation fee will apply.
