Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT POLICY:
A $100 deposit (non-refundable booking fee) per room is required at the time of booking.

The remaining payment will be charged to your credit card automatically on the due date which is 14 days prior to arrival ordinarily, and 30 days prior to arrival during high season.

*Please note MOTO GP weekend requires one night's accommodation at time of booking, and full payment 90 prior to arrival.

*Please note bookings made using promotional codes require full payment at time of booking.

PAYMENT METHODS:
Payment can be made via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, or Amex) or by Direct Deposit. Bookings, including those paid by Direct Deposit, can not be confirmed without a Credit Card.

Credit Card Surcharge:
Payments made with with Visa or Mastercard will incur a 1.5% surcharge, and Amex will incur a 3% surcharge. This surcharge is not displayed on your reservation it is added automatically when your credit card is processed.

Payment Via Direct Deposit:
Please note the initial $100 deposit (non-refundable booking fee) is not payable by Direct Deposit. Direct Deposit payment option is also not available for bookings with an arrival date less than 21 days from date booked.
To pay by Direct Deposit you must ensure you enter the REFERENCE NUMBER (found above on your confirmation) and EMAIL US YOUR REMITTANCE DETAILS so we can allocate your payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Low Season:
Up to 14 days prior to check-in, loss of $100 booking fee.

Between 14 days and 48 hours prior to check-in, cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee or the loss of the $100 booking fee - whichever is the higher amount.

Within 48 hours prior to check-in, cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

High Season:
Up to 30 days prior to check-in, loss of $100 deposit.

Within 30 days prior to check-in, cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
