A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required upon booking with the remainder payable on arrival. For single night bookings full payment is required at time of booking.

If a booking is cancelled 3 weeks or more prior to the arrival date the deposit is refundable (less a 12% administration fee). There is no refund for a booking cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to arrival.
