Terms & Conditions

At the time of making a reservation your credit card details will be required to secure the booking in regard to our cancellation policy. No charges will be taken at that time.

At check in a credit card must be provided to cover all charges that may be made against the room and any possible damages caused by misuse or carelessness. If paying by cash, your accommodation charges plus $300 bond will be required at check in.

Companies requiring credit must apply to the Manager.

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, otherwise if we are unable to relet the room(s) cancelled within that time frame then cancellation fees to recover the lost earnings may apply. The fees will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
