ADVANCE BOOKINGS WILL BE CHARGED AT POINT OF BOOKING FOR FULL AMOUNT.

The following cancellation policies apply:
Minimum 24Hours (1st night) - A minimum of 24 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations or changes. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of check in time forfeit the full amount of the first night booked.
Early departure whilst inhouse - One nights accommodation fee will be charged if notified after 2pm on the day.

No Show - One nights accommodation fee will be charged.
If you have booked a SPECIAL PACKAGE/HOT DEAL, changes and/or cancellations are not permitted. You will be charged for the full amount of accommodation booked.
All times shown as local Hotel times.

The guest will need to provide a current valid credit card on arrival to the hotel. The Hotel Reception will require to process a pre-authorisation on this card per Hotel policy and procedures. This pre-authorisation will be held by the hotel until such time as settlement by the same card occurs
and/or per the card holders financial institution policy.

All Rooms are charged on a per night basis.
3 guests can be accommodated in some rooms. Additional fee of AUD$46.00 per night .

Child Policy: Infant 0 - 2 years inclusive, Child 3 - 11 years inclusive,
Adult 12 years and above.
A maximum of one child to share existing bedding with adult(s) in the one room only. Additional bedding will incur a charge of $46.00 per night.
Additional bedding consists of a Rollaway Bed. A maximum of one Rollaway bed can be accommodated in some rooms only on request$46.00.
Cot requests for infants are provided at no additional fee.
