A 20% deposit is payable on all motel units and 50% deposit required on our 3 bedroom houses. Balance of payment is charged at time of check in.

In the unlikely even that you have to cancel your travel, deposits paid are non refundable. Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will result in balance of payment being due in full. We recommend travel insurance be taken to cover our cancellation fees.
