Terms & Conditions

One nights fee payable on booking with the balance payable on arrival.

Please read the Standard terms and conditions as they form the basis of your reservation. By making a booking, you have accepted the terms & conditions below.

1. Registration and Identification
Upon Arrival, all guests are required to sign a registration form

Adequate identification (current Drivers licence, passport or other form of photo ID) is required at time of check-in to verify your identity. The manager reserves the right to refuse entry if ID is inadequate.

2. Check In and Check out times
Check In time is anytime after 2pm - early check in may be available but not guaranteed.
The office is manned from 8am until 9pm Mon - Sat and 8am through 6pm on Sundays, so if you require a check-in after reception hours you will need to contact reception to make arrangements to collect the key from the automated check-in box.
Check Out time is anytime Before 10 am - late checkouts may be available at a cost but cannot be guaranteed.

3. Credit Card
A valid credit card is required in all reservation and for security purposes.
The card will be used to cover incidental items such as:
- Telephone charges
- Any excessive breakages or damage incurred during your stay.
- Any excessive cleaning charges, as a result of the apartment being left in an unacceptable state.
- If a guests is unable to produce a Credit card, a refundable bond of $200 / night is required for incidentals.

4. Tariff
If the accommodation is booked under a longer term or discounted tariff, and the apartment is vacated before reaching the agreed number of nights applicable to that tariff, charges will be adjusted to rack rate appropriate to the actual length of stay.

5. Payment Type
Parkville Place Apartments accept payment by Cash, MasterCards, Visa Cards, AMEX (3% surcharge) and Direct Bank Transfer.

Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation unless received, banked and cleared 10 days prior to arrival

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars, are on a per-apartment per-night basis and the total booking amount will be based on the date period confirmed. The rates are subject to change without notice until the apartment(s) booked is paid in full.

Accommodation is Pre-paid, full payment of accommodation must be received before the hand over of keys. Photo ID will be required upon arrival, to prevent credit card fraud.

6. Bookings
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 18. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal parent/guardian over 18 cannot produce current photo ID.

Quotes and reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of the price, which will be subject to written advice on confirmation of the reservation.

A confirmation email will be forwarded to your nominated email once the booking process is complete.

The person affecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of all persons named in that booking.

Whilst we attempt to satisfy all special requests, we are unable to provide a guarantee.

7. Cancellations
72 Hours notice is required for cancellation and or early exits. Failure to comply will result in the loss of the deposit. All cancellations incur a $25 admin charge.

8. Travel Insurance
Parkville Place Apartments are located in secure environments and we do everything possible to ensure security levels are maintained, and we ask that our guests do so too. However, Parkville Place Apartments takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises. In that regard, we recommend that our guests obtain an appropriate level of travel insurance.
