Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the arrival date. All bookings not cancelled by this time will forfeit the deposit.
For teams and multiple unit bookings, cancellation must be made thirty days prior to arrival date. Any cancellations within this period will forfeit the deposit.
Any change in reservation terms will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to re-let the booked accommodation.
