Palms City Resort requires your credit card details to proceed with a reservation online, this will be charged for full payment at the time of booking. All rates based on 1 or 2 occupants. An extra charge of $30.00 will apply per additional occupant. American Express & Diners Card will attract a 4% surcharge per transaction)
We do offer a number of alternative payment methods, please call our friendly reception on (08) 8982 9200 for these details and to secure a reservation.
All specific requests, in addition to what you have booked, pertaining to your reservation eg. A specific location of room/villa on the property, is on request basis only and is not guaranteed. Photo ID is required upon check in.

Palms City Resort requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid incurring any cancellation fees. Any cancellation inside of this time frame will incurr a charge equivalent to the first night's payment. All remaining credit will be refunded.
All cancellations must be received in writing to reservations@palmscityresort.com quoting your reference number
No refunds will be issued for any reduction in stay after check in.
