Low Season: One night deposit is required to secure booking. Balance payable on arrival.

High Season: Two nights deposit required to secure booking. Balance payable one month prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Low Season:
14 days notification, refund of deposit less $100 administration fee.
14 days or less notification - no refund.

High Season:
28 days notification, refund of deposit less $100 administration fee.
28 days or less notification - no refund.

Oceans uses outside suppliers for transfers, spa treatments and other third party services, Oceans accepts no responsibility for changes to fees and surcharges that may apply.

In the event of a booking system error or malfunction Oceans Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet the minimum stay or price requirements.

Additional cleaning charges will apply in the event of apartment being left in an unacceptable condition.
