A queen or king size bed is in your spacious master suite, with 1-2 double sofa beds in the lounge, 1-2 bathrooms, and full kitchen with tea & coffee making facilities. An iron & ironing board is available in all rooms and some rooms have their own washing machine & dryer. Alternatively a guest laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and board is located on the second floor, and a next day dry cleaning service is also available.

These rooms are serviced after the third night of an individual stay if staying five nights or more (daily servicing can be pre-arranged with Reception for an additional charge).

Two Bedroom Suites are located on level two or three of the three-level RESORT with a private balcony and garden or mountain views. There are three Two Bedroom Suites each with a different bedding configuration. Requests can be made for a particular configuration but can not be guaranteed.
1) Queen bed in master bedroom, 2 single beds in second bedroom, 1 double sofa bed in lounge, 1 bathroom with separate toilet.
2) Superking bed in master bedroom with ensuite, queen bed in second bedroom with own bathroom, 1 double sofa bed in lounge.
3) Queen bed in master bedroom with ensuite, bunk set in second bedroom (double on bottom & single on top) with own bathroom, 1 double sofa bed in lounge.

Each option has a full kitchen with tea & coffee making facilities, and a full laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board. A next day dry cleaning service is also available.

You can entertain guests in your spacious living & dining area, featuring an LCD flatscreen TV and stunning views of the Mount beach and the Pacific Ocean from the generously sized balcony.

Terms & Conditions

ARRIVAL time is between 2 pm to 8 pm.
If you require a later check in, please advise reception and arrangements can be made for your keys.

DEPARTURE time is by 10 am.
If you require a later check out, please contact reception to check availability. If available a late check-out fee may apply.

No pets are allowed, except for the seeing impaired.

Credit card details are required at time of booking and payment is to be completed prior to departure. If we are unable to confirm your reservation at time of booking, we will contact you within 48 hours.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
~ In the event you need to cancel your reservation we will require seven days notice. Reservations cancelled more than seven days before arrival will not incur a cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within seven to two days may incur a cancellation fee of one night's accommodation.
~ In instances where a booking has been guaranteed and the guest fails to arrive or the reservation is cancelled one day before or on the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount of your stay will be charged if we are unable to replace your cancelled reservation.

SUMMER CANCELLATION POLICY (valid 25/12 to 31/01):
~ In the event you need to cancel your reservation we will require 15 days notice prior to arrival date.
~ Cancellations received within the following time brackets will incur these cancellation charges:
15+ days before arrival date will not incur a cancellation fee
14 to 08 days will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount of your stay
07 to 02 days will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of your stay
01 day will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total amount of your stay
On the day of arrival or the guest fails to arrive, 100% of the total amount of your stay

Hot Deals and packages are not able to be combined with any other offer and/or discount. Oceanside reserves the right to substitute similarly priced products in packages, depending on availability. HOT DEALS applies to new reservations only. Rates are usually, but not always, inclusive of 2 adults. Additional adults or children may incur a nominal charge, depending on the special or package. Additional charges will be reflected in the quoted price when either booked online, or over the phone.
